Red Aetherstone

A deep red gemstone, smooth and unremarkable to most eyes. Mined on Hyros and historically discarded as a waste product — nobody knew what it was for.

To almost everyone, it appears completely inert. No magical aura. No reaction. Just a red stone.

Notes

A locked box of red aetherstones was found in the study of the Vaelorin estate. Pibble recognized them immediately.
