A heavy black-stone administrative building in lower Isvyn, built from local quarry rock. Darker and more fortress-like than the pale noble terraces above — no ornamentation, no warmth. Built for oversight and endurance.

Current Status

Hilda Broadback runs the office. Following events in Session 2, she has been coerced into secretly tunneling between the second and third mine to maintain production without LLord Fisker's knowledge.
