Penny and Patty were stationed at Desvel Hall handing out pamphlets for a new House Octavia parish in Babeth. They speak with warm, slightly British-tinged enthusiasm and treat every conversation as an invitation.

The party encountered them in Session 1. Marwen collected all their pamphlets, which the twins took as an enthusiastic reception. They left happily.
