A goblin behind the long stone counter of the Debt Hall, bent over ledgers, quill scratching. Sharp teeth, a cluster of mismatched earrings running up both ears, ink-stained fingers. Quick eyes — already calculating before you've finished walking in. He and his brother Drago used to finish each other's sentences. Drago is dead now.

Draco and his brother Drago were the clerks who ran Isvyn's Debt Hall — managing debts, records, and payments for the Vaelorin operation. They were competent, meticulous, and skimming the books quietly on the side.

In Session 2, the party confronted them over Ella Rose Vaelorin's death. Drago opened fire. Dijkstra killed him in one shot. Draco, after being subdued, admitted to the brothers' skimming and signed a statement acknowledging Lilith Vaelorin as the rightful heir to the Vaelorin estate. He is now officially her subordinate.

He also quietly helped indentured workers pay out their contracts ahead of schedule — not out of generosity, but for their own reasons. Whether that continues under the new arrangement is unclear.
