Broad-shouldered dwarf with iron-gray braids pinned back with copper clasps. Gravelly voice, calloused hands, eyes like two chips of anthracite. She swears constantly — not for show, just the way she talks. She smells like coal dust and lamp oil. She does not smile when she greets you.

Hilda manages the Isvyn mining operation.

In Session 2, the party visited her at the Mining Head Office. They negotiated — through some physical persuasion — an arrangement to secretly extend mining operations from the second shaft into the closed third mine, bypassing Lord Fisker's pressure to keep the third mine shut. Three miners she had been holding in her basement were freed.

She is under pressure from Lord Fisker of Hynsford to keep the third mine closed.
